On our arrival in Paris , we were delighted to find the French Honor Guard turned out for us. Actually it was the French version of Armistace Day and our cab was held up by the parade. 
After being up since Wednesday AM, Ingrid and I plowed through our first day viewing the Eiffel Tower and taking a boat ride on the Seine with Craig and Barb. After a delightful dinner on Rue Cler the 4 of us collapsed into bed about 10PM. Á demean.
